well, i just saw bits of "aladdin" for the first time. the drizzle of sickly romantic slop was pretty hard to take. maybe he thought "high school musical" might be up the same street?
for every "cabaret" or "chicago" or "everyone says i love you" there are masses of nasty things like "aladdin" and "pukeahontas".
